I had a hard time getting Harvey tied up. XD

So I was feeling down at my last convention and a friend asked me to do a commission of Harvey Birdman's Phil (the guy with the eyepatch) And from that I was to go wild. AND DID I EVER!

I was surprised in the show how they never did any big pirate jokes with Phil and his eyepatch... So I ran with it instead! Why Bear? No idea. Why is Bear ever in the show other than just because? Avender is acting as Phil's parot... he doesn't really mind. Caw.
Bumblebee - Wants a devorce from Sam. *nod* And thats why he is there. Because Harvey needs a case. And Debrah's talky box... :3 AND LUCKY MUG!

I don't think I really did explain it to you to begin with so... (exit numbnut stage right) I just sort of wagered on Birdman not making a lot of sense to being with that some sort of story would fall into place. Somehow. :-=
