Papion at work

I wasn't sure how this would turn out. It has been a while since I touched my watercolour pencils... To be truthful I was scared I would mess it up. Unlike pencilcrayons and chalk pastells, and digital art you can't erase what you do once its done. And you can't go over it either.

This is the only final colour work I've done of Papion. She is a holograh who sings most of the time and is an air head the rest. And sometimes doubles as a security system. Created by Norta for her own amusement.

I like to think she sounds like Edith Piaf but her looks are based back in the 20's. I have no idea if that microphone is in the right style, although I doubt it. It is strangely hard to find photos of old microphones, hair styles or clothing.

I missed playing with ink and colour, so this is my triumph.
